Cortex-M0+内核MCU、低功耗

    概述

Kinetis L系列MCU将新型ARM® Cortex™-M0+处理器的卓越能效和易用性与Kinetis 32位MCU组合的性能、丰富的外设集、支持功能和可扩展性相结合。有了Kinetis L系列,设计者不再因限制功耗的问题而拘泥于8位和16位MCU。该系列具有优化的动态和停止电流并提供出色的处理性能,而且还提供多种片上闪存密度以及丰富的模拟模块、连接功能和HMI外设供您选择。Kinetis L系列MCU还与基于ARM Cortex-M4的Kinetis K系列硬件和软件兼容,提供了一个向更高的性能、存储器和特性集成度升级的可扩展途径。

    芯片特性
      • 1.71V~3.6V供电,两节1.5V电池供电将电池能量发挥到极致
      • 内部集成DMA模块,合理替代内核进行外设管理,降低能耗
      • 低功耗串口、定时器,有效节省待机状态下外设功耗
      • 运行功耗低至84uA/MHz,休眠功耗仅为150nA
      • 集成128段段式LCD Driver
      • 16 Bit ADC,可提供优于其他单片机的数据采样性能
      • USB OTG,灵活应用在USB主从机场合
      • 内置TSI硬件电容触摸按键模块,避免机械按键带来的寿命受限
      • 12 Bit DAC
      • 多种可选择封装,提供从16pin~100pin、QFN或者LQFP的封装选择
      • QFN16封装尺寸仅为3mm×3mm
      • 相同封装芯片上下完全兼容,便于功能扩展
      • -40~105摄氏度的工作温度范围,有效拓展使用场合
