Nexperia的低电容(<1 pF)肖特基二极管用于数字和RF系统中,例如手机的RF部分,非常适合所有高频应用。某些器件的电容要比行业标准型BAT54低94%,或者不到现有低电容二极管(例如BAS40)电容的三分之一。当然,在实现该出色性能的同时没有降低击穿电压规格。
