PN7220

  • 一款高性能单芯片 NFC 控制器，支持 ISO/IEC 14443-A&B、15693 等多种标准，适用于移动支付、POS 终端及可穿戴设备。它集成 NCI 2.2 协议，兼容 Android 13 系统，具备双轮询环路设计，支持 EMVCo 3.1 认证，提供 2W 高功率输出与抗噪声能力，保障复杂环境下的稳定通信。采用 1.8V/3.3V 电源，VFBGA64 封装，适用于紧凑型设备，助力下一代智能支付终端的高效开发。

PN7642

  • PN7462系列搭载基于32位Arm® Cortex®-M0的NFC微控制器，具有高性能和低功耗等特点。与现有架构相比，它具有简单的指令集和存储器寻址，代码长度也更短。PN7462系列为您提供一体化解决方案，具有NFC等功能，在一块芯片上支持所有NFC Forum模式、微控制器、可选的接触式智能卡读卡器和相关软件。它的CPU工作频率高达20MHz。

PN7160

  • PN7160专为在各种系统实现快速集成而设计，支持所有符合NFC Forum的模式，包括Android和Linux驱动程序，并支持实时操作系统和无操作系统的应用（PN7160不符合EMVCo，需使用PN5180、PN5190或PN7220）。嵌入式NFC固件减少了对主机交互的需求，并最大限度缩小了代码尺寸，使设计更轻松。PN7160具有I²C或SPI接口，与广受欢迎的MCU兼容，包括LPC、Kinetis和i.MX。PN7161版本增加了对Apple ECP的支持。

PN5190

  • 恩智浦PN5190作为全NFC前端，具有高射频输出(2W)和高接收机灵敏度，它也是一款强大的解决方案，适用于支付终端以及各种在恶劣环境中需要产生强大射频场的读卡器。PN5190简化了设计，同时确保了与各种智能卡和移动电话的互操作性，达到了EMVCO 3.1模拟和数字L1级。较高的输出功率和接收机灵敏度支持小型天线的设计，可保持较大天线的通信范围。对于空间有限的大型天线的设计来说，这一点尤其重要。高效省电模式可延长电池供电系统的电池寿命，包括住宅门禁。

CLRC663

  • 一款高性能多协议非接触式读卡器芯片，支持 ISO/IEC 14443 A/B、15693、FeliCa 及 NFC P2P 通信，适用于移动支付、门禁控制等场景。其最突出特点包括：集成低功耗卡片检测技术，允许微控制器在轮询时休眠以节能；支持 848kbit/s 高速率交易，提升处理效率；采用 HVQFN33 超小型封装，兼顾高集成度与紧凑设计；内置 MIFARE 硬件加速与 EMVCo 2.01 认证，保障安全支付需求。
